International Surfing Day will once again flow over beaches all around the world on June 24th, 2012.
Created in 2004 by EuroSIMA and supported by Surfrider Foundation Europe, International Surfing Day provides a unique opportunity for the international surf community to promote surfing and its culture by allowing the general public to try out and to discover the joy of surfing for free.
With more than 4’000 activities organized and nearly 130’000 participants since the event was created, International Surfing Day positions itself as the model event in the boardsports industry.
Most of the Surfrider Foundation Europe chapters will mobilize to increase awareness of the importance of respecting and preserving our recreation areas.
